Keep fighting.
Emotional strength is just like physical strength. You have to keep working out to get stronger.
Don’t give up. You’re not a failure. Relapse will happen on the way to recovery.

Relapse is a part of recovery.
This is so important to remember.
It is OKAY if you relapse. It doesn’t erase all the hard work you’ve done. You haven’t failed. It doesn’t make you weak. Don’t give up, and don’t give in. Take a deep breath and try again tomorrow.

I think I am at a point where I can help again. I have been doing a lot of one-on-one talking with people, and I would like to invite you to send me a message whenever you need to talk.
Apologies.
To be honest, I’m not sure I have ever felt as low as I have right now, so it’s really hard for me to try to post here. I relapsed one time. It wasn’t anything huge, but it was a relapse nonetheless.
All I know is that if I can make it through my lowest of lows without cutting (in general), then you can. I believe in every single one of you and your strength. Stay strong.

To everyone who has dealt with suicidal thoughts this past year, I’m glad you’re still here.
